Are you passionate about fly fishing—whether drifting from a raft or wading along the riverbank? Join Reel Relief Limited in providing a free therapeutic escape for caregivers of loved ones battling cancer. By volunteering, you help us offer stress relief, community, and renewal to those who give so much of themselves.
Family caregivers often face physical and emotional challenges, including depression and stress.
Loss of leisure time is a top consequence of caregiving responsibilities.
Therapeutic recreation—like fly fishing—helps reduce depression, perceived stress, and other mental health issues.
